Follow these 4 steps to order:

1. Prepare a ROSTER of names with number and size jersey for each player. Sizing Chart
2. Choose your style from the photos below. For Field Jerseys see the Field Jersey Page.
3. Call to place your ORDER including:
• COLOR AND FABRIC - Choose from a wide selection.
• CUSTOMIZING - Silk Screen or Tackle Twill; front, back, sleeve
4. E-mail your ARTWORK and ROSTER to Sales@GoHocks.com or FAX it to 716-665-9294.
